Processing Time

All products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on the way.

Shipping Times (Estimated)

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
International: 10–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs delays, shipping carrier issues, or high seasonal demand.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated at the top of our site or during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you do not receive tracking info within 7 business days, please contact us at idodostuff@proton.me.

Shipping Delays or Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather or natural disasters

  • Customs for international orders

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We are unable to reroute packages once they are shipped.

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please:
